How does your sizing work?
All sizing from our sizing chart is suggested; every body is a little different but we do our best to offer accurate information. Please see the Sizing Chart for more about our styles and sizes.
All sizes are in U.S. measurements and all our tops have removable padding.
When will my order ship & when can I track it?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, the shipping estimate you see is based on once the package is shipped!! Once shipped you will receive a tracking number! All tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to update. This is based on the USPS & when packages are scanned. Sometimes packages miss a "checkpoint" for a scan, but it doesn't mean they haven't moved!
The tracking for my package says "Delivered," but I didn't receive it, what should I do?
If the address you provided was accurate and the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it the best thing to do is this:
1- Check your local post office
2- ask your neighbors and mailman if they remember seeing it
3- You can e-mail us and we will submit a missing mail request: After 10 days, if the package hasn't been recovered, we will offer store credit for 50% off the value of goods; you can place another order but if it happens again we will not be able to compensate. Inquiries will be VOID if initiated 30 days after the package was marked "delivered." Please understand this circumstance is completely out of our control. We use the United States Postal Service in order to offer a very reasonable and sometimes free shipping service! Do I have to pay a customs charge if I place an international order?
Depending on your country of residence your package may be subject to a customs or VAT charge. This mainly seems to influence packages delivered in the U.K. and sometimes Canada; we have no way to predict when the charges will be issued and are not responsible for reimbursement or refunds. In most cases you have the right to refuse the package but it will be sent back to us and you will not be refunded for shipping charges.
